The HERTEL 300-005503 is a solid carbide combination drill and countersink designed to drill and chamfer in a single operation. Built to No. 3 trade size with a 1/4 inch body diameter, the tool features a 7/64 inch drill point diameter and a 118-degree drill point angle. The cutting geometry uses a plain cutting edge style with a 60-degree included angle for clean countersink profiles. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating reduces friction and extends tool life on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Right-hand cutting direction. Overall length is 4 inches, qualifying this tool as a long-length style.

This combination drill countersink is suited for metalworking applications where a countersunk hole must be produced in a single setup.
