The 135-degree split-point tip reduces walking and requires no center punch on most surfaces. At 1.8125 inches overall length with a 0.1875-inch flute length, this is a stubby-format bit engineered for rigidity and accuracy in short-travel applications. It cuts right-hand with a slow spiral and a straight cylindrical shank for direct chuck mounting. Installed by machinists and toolroom technicians on drill presses, CNC machines, and hand-held production drills.
