The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 88874 is a 3-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance aluminum milling. With a 0.0625 inch (1/16 inch) cutting diameter and a 40-degree helix angle, this tool is optimized for efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes in non-ferrous metals. The variable index flute spacing reduces harmonic vibration during cutting, extending tool life and improving cut quality. It carries a Zplus coating for added lubricity and wear resistance. This end mill is built for aluminum and other non-ferrous materials in CNC milling applications.
