The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 81494 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding shop environments. With a 1/4 inch mill diameter, a 0.0300 inch corner radius, and three flutes in a right-hand spiral configuration, this tool delivers both roughing and finishing capability in a single pass. A variable pitch design reduces harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts. The Zplus PVD coating enhances wear resistance and heat dissipation, making this end mill well suited for aluminum and non-ferrous metals as a primary application, with secondary capability in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high temperature alloys, and hard materials.
