The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 59018 is a solid carbide, single-end corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking applications. Built on the H35AL-3 series platform, it features a 3/16-inch cutting diameter, a 0.0150-inch corner radius, and a 3-flute geometry with a 35-degree helix angle. The bright/uncoated finish and coarse pitch make it well-suited for aluminum and non-ferrous metals as a primary workpiece material, while the tool is also rated for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and hard materials. Machinists and CNC operators install this tool in high-precision toolholders for both roughing and finishing passes.

This end mill fits standard stub-length applications requiring a controlled corner radius and tight tolerances. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a machinist or CNC tooling technician. Power down and lock out the spindle before changing tooling. Confirm runout is within the 0.0003-inch TIR maximum before beginning a cut.
