Built on the H40ALV-RN-3 series platform, it features a 0.5-inch mill diameter with a 0.0300-inch corner radius and a 5/8-inch length of cut. The Zplus PVD coating provides wear resistance and thermal stability across a broad range of workpiece materials. With a variable-pitch, high-helix geometry and a 6-inch overall length, this tool is suited for extended-reach applications where standard-length tooling cannot access the cut zone. Installation and setup require high-precision toolholders to achieve the rated 0.0003-inch maximum TIR.
