The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 13167 is a 3-flute, solid carbide ball end mill designed for material removal in steel, stainless steel, and cast iron applications. It carries an APLUS PVD coating for improved wear resistance and heat management during aggressive cuts. The reduced-neck geometry extends reach while maintaining rigidity, making it well suited for profiling, contouring, and roughing passes in deep-pocket or tight-clearance setups. At 4 inches overall length with a 2.125-inch reach, it gives machinists access to features that standard-length tools cannot reach. A 5/16-inch cutting diameter and 7/16-inch length of cut keep chip loads predictable across a range of feed-and-speed conditions.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling operations where the workpiece material is steel, tool steel, stainless steel, or cast iron. The right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute configuration suit standard spindle rotation.
