The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 01362 is a single-end, square-profile solid carbide end mill designed for material removal in aluminum and non-ferrous applications. The cutter runs a 3/8-inch diameter with a 1-1/4-inch length of cut and carries a 35-degree right-hand helical flute geometry across three flutes. The Zplus (ZrN) coating reduces built-up edge and improves chip evacuation in gummy non-ferrous materials. At 3-1/2 inches overall length with a straight 3/8-inch shank, it fits standard collet and end mill holders common in CNC machining centers and manual mills.

This end mill is intended for machining aluminum, aluminum alloys, and other non-ferrous materials in production and job-shop environments. The three-flute configuration balances chip load and rigidity for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. It is center-cutting, allowing direct plunge entry.
