The HELICAL SOLUTIONS 01045 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance aluminum machining. With a 0.1250 inch cutting diameter, a 0.5000 inch length of cut, and a 35-degree helix angle, this tool promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduced built-up edge when cutting non-ferrous materials. The 3-flute configuration balances material removal rate with chip clearance, making it well suited for slotting, profiling, and pocketing operations in aluminum alloys. The bright, uncoated finish is appropriate for use with standard cutting fluids common in aluminum work. Installation Notes
