The HAYWARD 25015p is a nicheless, multi-color RGBW LED pool light designed for underwater installation in residential and commercial swimming pools. Operating at 12 volts, it delivers a full spectrum of vivid colors alongside crisp white light output, making it a capable upgrade or direct replacement in existing pool lighting systems. The 25015p ships with 150 feet of cord, giving installers flexibility to route wiring back to the transformer and junction box without splicing. With a rated lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, this fixture is built for long service intervals between replacements. Licensed pool and electrical contractors are the typical installing trade.
The 25015p is engineered as a nicheless retrofit, meaning it does not require a traditional pool light niche during installation. This makes it well suited for new construction where no niche was poured, or for remodel projects where removing an existing niche is impractical. The RGBW output supports both color-show modes and steady white illumination, covering a wide range of residential and commercial pool applications. The unit is designed as a direct retrofit for the Pentair GloBrite and Pentair MicroBrite pool light fixtures.
Designed as a direct retrofit replacement for the Pentair GloBrite and Pentair MicroBrite pool light fixtures. Nicheless installation format is compatible with pools that were built without a traditional light niche or where a niche-style fixture is being removed.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician or pool contractor in accordance with NEC Article 680 requirements for underwater pool lighting. Shut off and lock out all power to the pool lighting circuit at the breaker before beginning any wiring work. The 12-volt supply requires a compatible low-voltage transformer rated for the fixture load. Verify that the junction box and conduit runs meet local code requirements before sealing and filling.
