The HARVEY TOOL 943380 is a solid carbide back chamfer cutter designed to create chamfers on the back side of drilled holes, slots, and bores without repositioning the workpiece. The cutter head measures 0.08 inches in diameter with a 90-degree included angle and a chamfer width of 0.014 inches. With 4 flutes and a bright, uncoated finish, this tool delivers clean, consistent chamfer geometry in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 0.047-inch neck diameter allows it to reach into confined passages where standard chamfer tools cannot access, making it a practical choice for precision machining work.
This back chamfer cutter is used in CNC machining centers and manual milling applications where back-side edge preparation is required. Typical applications include deburring and chamfering the reverse side of cross-drilled holes, undercut features, and intersecting bores in close-tolerance components.
