The HARVEY TOOL 936905-C3 is a miniature solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in tight tolerances and small-feature applications. It measures 3 mm (0.1180 inches) in diameter with a 0.01-inch corner radius, a 4.5 mm (0.4688 inches) length of cut, and a 1.5-inch overall length. The four-flute, right-hand helical geometry supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single pass. An AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating improves heat resistance and tool life when cutting ferrous and hard materials. This is a single-end, straight-cylindrical shank tool with a 1/8-inch shank diameter, built to run in standard toolholders at high speeds in machining center applications.
This end mill is intended for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and composite materials. The stub-length configuration provides increased rigidity compared to standard-reach tools, making it well suited for high-precision contouring, slotting, and profiling of small features where deflection control is critical. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry. Typical users include CNC machinists and toolroom operators working on dies, molds, medical components, and precision mechanical parts where tight dimensional control is required.

Always confirm spindle speed, feed rate, and depth of cut against published cutting data for the specific workpiece material before engaging the cut.
