The HARVEY TOOL 896416-C6 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for cutting 4-40 unified coarse threads in both internal and external applications. It runs a 3-flute configuration with a 0.085-inch cutting diameter, a 0.075-inch length of cut, and a 1/4-inch (0.2500-inch) shank diameter. The tool carries an AlTiN Nano coating, which improves heat resistance and tool life at higher cutting speeds.
