The HARVEY TOOL 859712-C3 is a 4-flute solid carbide chamfer mill designed for deburring, chamfering, and edge-breaking operations on metallic workpieces. With an overall length of 2 inches and a 3/16-inch shank diameter, this compact tool is suited for tight-tolerance work in machining centers and manual mills. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. Right-hand cutting geometry is standard. Machinists and toolroom operators install and run this tool in CNC machining centers or manual vertical mills where consistent chamfer geometry is required.
This chamfer mill is appropriate for use in job shops, production machining environments, and toolroom applications where chamfering and edge preparation are performed on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and similar ferrous materials.
