The HARVEY TOOL 804816-C3 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed to machine precise chamfered edges while simultaneously performing standard milling operations. Built for demanding metal-removal applications, it features a 0.25-inch mill diameter, a 0.75-inch length of cut, and a 0.02-inch chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection, extending tool life in ferrous and high-strength materials. With 4 helical flutes at a 30-degree helix angle and a center-cutting design, this end mill handles both roughing and finishing passes in a single tool. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops and production environments rely on this geometry for edge-break and chamfering work without a tool change.
This end mill is suited for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
