The HARVEY TOOL 797808-C6 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining applications. Built with 7 flutes and a variable helix geometry, it reduces chatter and improves surface finish at aggressive feed rates. The 1/8 inch cutting diameter pairs with a 5/8 inch length of cut, making it well suited for narrow slot milling, profiling, and finishing passes in hard or abrasive materials. An AlTiN Nano coating adds thermal resistance and surface hardness, extending tool life in dry or high-speed cutting conditions. This end mill is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments.

This end mill fits applications requiring a small-diameter, high-flute-count tool for finishing or semi-finishing passes. The 1/4 inch shank diameter accommodates standard collet and end mill holder systems. The 2-1/2 inch overall length provides enough reach for most standard setups while maintaining rigidity. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional CNC milling center spindles. Installation Notes
