The HARVEY TOOL 73067-C3 is a miniature solid carbide square end mill engineered for precision material removal in tight-tolerance machining applications. The cutter measures 0.067 inches in diameter with a 0.201-inch length of cut, making it well suited for fine detail work and small-feature profiling. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation while reducing cutting forces. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life across a range of demanding workpiece materials. With four flutes and a single-end, centercutting design, this end mill handles both plunge and peripheral cuts. It weighs 0.01 pounds and is part of the Harvey Tool Miniature End Mills Stub and Standard series.
This end mill is designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where small-diameter, high-precision cutting is required. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous alloys, and carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) materials. The 1/8-inch shank diameter fits standard collet chucks and toolholders commonly found in die and mold shops, prototype machining environments, and aerospace component manufacturing. The 1.5-inch overall length keeps deflection minimal at this diameter.

Installation is performed by machinists using a collet chuck or end mill holder rated for the 1/8-inch shank diameter. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, locked-out state before loading or removing the tool. At this diameter, runout control is critical — use a high-precision collet and verify TIR before cutting. Follow the tool manufacturer's recommended speeds and feeds for the target workpiece material and coating type.
