The HARVEY TOOL 68125 is a double-end, 4-flute corner rounding end mill machined from solid carbide. It produces radiused edges on workpiece corners with a 1/8-inch radius, leaving a smooth, consistent profile without secondary finishing operations. The 3/8-inch diameter body and matching 3/8-inch shank seat securely in standard collets and tool holders. The bright, uncoated finish suits a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals use this cutter in CNC machining centers and manual mills where precise edge breaking and radius profiling are required.
This end mill is suited for edge rounding, chamfer replacement, and profile work on components requiring consistent corner geometry. The double-end design provides two usable cutting ends, reducing per-job tooling cost. A tip diameter of 0.107 inches allows the cutter to begin a radius blend from a narrow starting point. Typical applications include mold work, die finishing, general precision machining, and aerospace or medical component edge preparation where burr-free radiused edges are specified.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines accepting a 3/8-inch shank. Part of the Harvey Tool Corner Rounding End Mills - 2 and 4 Flute - Flared series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety procedures. Secure the shank fully within the collet or tool holder to the recommended engagement depth before tightening. Power down and lock out the spindle before changing tooling. Verify runout with a dial indicator after seating to ensure concentricity before cutting.
