The HARVEY TOOL 67635-C3 is a double-end corner rounding end mill designed to produce precise edge radii on metal and composite workpieces. Built from solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it delivers high hardness and heat resistance during high-speed machining operations. The 4-flute geometry provides a good balance of chip evacuation and surface finish. With a 0.90 mm (0.0350 inch) corner radius and a 3/16 inch mill diameter, this tool is suited for small-profile edge-breaking and blending passes in CNC milling applications. The double-end configuration extends tool life and reduces downtime between setups.
This end mill is used in precision CNC milling environments where consistent corner radii are required on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The AlTiN coating makes it well suited for dry or minimal-lubrication cutting in hardened steels, stainless, and titanium alloys. Typical applications include deburring, edge prep, and decorative radius work on aerospace, automotive, and general machining components. A machinist or CNC operator handles installation and setup in a vertical or horizontal milling center.
Designed as a replacement-style corner rounding end mill for CNC milling centers accepting a 3/16 inch shank diameter collet or tool holder.
Installation and tool changes must be performed by a qualified machinist with the machine in a fully stopped and locked-out state. Secure the 3/16 inch shank in a properly sized collet or end mill holder to the torque specification of the holder manufacturer. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning the cut. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer's recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material and coating type.
