The cutter produces a 90-degree included angle chamfer 0.019 inches wide on a 0.165-inch cutter head diameter. Six flutes and an AlTiN coating allow the tool to run at elevated speeds in ferrous and non-ferrous materials while maintaining edge integrity. The burr-style end enables entry through a pre-drilled hole so the chamfer is applied to features that cannot be reached from the face of the part.
