The HARVEY TOOL 25509-C3 is a solid carbide counterbore designed for precision recess cutting in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 0.1406-inch cutting diameter and a 9/16-inch flute length, making it suited for small-diameter counterbore operations where tight tolerances are required. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. With 4 flutes and a 3/16-inch shank diameter, this tool delivers smooth chip evacuation and consistent finish quality. Overall length is 3 inches. This counterbore is built for use in precision machining environments including job shops, aerospace, medical device manufacturing, and general metal fabrication.
