The tool features a 0.0250-inch cutting diameter with a 0.0370-inch length of cut and a nose radius of 0.0125 inches, making it well suited for fine-detail work and tight-tolerance contouring. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 30-degree helix angle supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single pass. An AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hard materials. The 1/8-inch straight cylindrical shank fits standard collet chucks. Machinists and toolroom technicians install this end mill in CNC machining centers and manual mills where stub-length rigidity is required.
