Built to wire gauge size 60, the bit measures 0.0400 inches in diameter with an overall length of 1.5000 inches and a flute length of 0.3950 inches. The 130-degree split-style point geometry supports accurate entry and reduces walking on contact. An AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. The right-hand spiral flute promotes consistent chip evacuation in deep or interrupted cuts.
