The HARVEY TOOL 20260-C3 is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for high-precision drilling in tight-tolerance applications. It carries a wire gauge size of No. 66, which corresponds to a decimal diameter of 0.0330 inches, and features a 130-degree split-point geometry that reduces walking and improves centering on entry. The AlTiN coating increases surface hardness and thermal resistance, extending tool life in harder workpiece materials. With a 1/8-inch shank diameter and an overall length of 1.5000 inches, this bit fits standard collet chucks and drill chucks common in CNC machining centers, micro-drilling fixtures, and precision bench machines.
This drill bit is suited for precision machining operations in aerospace, electronics, medical device, and general metalworking environments where small-diameter holes are required.
