The HARVEY TOOL 20245 is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. This bit carries a No. 68 wire gauge size, equivalent to 0.0310 inches (1/32 inch nominal), with a 130-degree point angle optimized for accurate entry and reduced walking on hard materials. The overall length is 1.5000 inches, and the flute length measures 0.3950 inches. Built from solid carbide, the 20245 delivers the rigidity and wear resistance required when drilling tight-tolerance holes in metal, composite, and hard plastic workpieces. It features a right-hand spiral flute and a bright, uncoated finish. Machinists and toolroom technicians are the primary installers of this bit.
This bit is suited for CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision hand-held spindle tools where small-bore hole generation is required.
