The HARVEY TOOL 18441-C3 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for precision chamfering, deburring, and edge-breaking operations on a wide range of workpiece materials. With a 3/8 inch cutter head diameter, 3 flutes, and an AlTiN coating, this tool delivers consistent performance in high-speed cutting environments. The AlTiN finish improves thermal resistance and extends tool life when running at elevated feeds and speeds. At 2.5 inches overall length with a 3/8 inch shank, the 18441-C3 is sized for use in standard end mill holders and collet chucks on vertical machining centers and CNC mills. Right-hand cutting direction with a single end configuration.

This chamfer mill is suited for use on ferrous metals, hardened steels, and other materials where a hard coating is required to manage heat generation at the cutting edge.
