The HARVEY TOOL 18323-C3 is a solid carbide chamfer mill designed for precision chamfering, deburring, and edge-breaking operations on a wide range of materials. With a 0.5 inch cutter head diameter, a 22.5 degree included half-angle producing a 135-degree included angle geometry, and an AlTiN coating for heat and wear resistance, this tool is built for demanding cutting environments. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting configuration supports efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. It is installed and operated by machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC operators working with metalworking machining centers and manual mills.
This chamfer mill is suited for ferrous and non-ferrous metal machining applications where consistent chamfer geometry and tool longevity are required. The single-end design and 0.5 inch shank diameter make it compatible with standard ER and end mill holders commonly found in vertical machining centers, horizontal mills, and CNC routers. The 3 inch overall length provides adequate reach for most standard workpiece setups without sacrificing rigidity.
