The HARVEY TOOL 11020 is a solid carbide combined drill and countersink designed to perform two operations in a single pass. It drills a pilot hole and forms a 60-degree included-angle countersink simultaneously, reducing setup time and tool changes on the machine. The body diameter is 0.125 inches, the drill point diameter is 0.03125 inches (1/32 inch), and the overall length is 1.5 inches. The bright/uncoated finish leaves the carbide substrate exposed, making it well suited for general-purpose work in a range of materials. Right-hand cutting direction and a plain cutting edge style are standard on this size. The tool is double-ended, providing two usable cutting ends per piece.
This tool is used in machining operations requiring a precise center drill and countersink in one step. Trade size 0 makes it appropriate for small-diameter work such as locating center holes on turned or milled parts, preparing countersunk fastener seats, and center-drilling stock before between-centers turning.
