The HARRIS E70S615 is an ER70S-6 mild steel MIG (GMAW) welding wire, .023 inches in diameter and supplied on an 11 lb spool. This general-purpose welding alloy is designed for the fabrication of mild steel. It contains more deoxidizers than ER70S-3, which enhances wetting, resulting in a flatter bead shape and enabling faster travel speeds. It is compatible with 75/25 (argon/carbon dioxide), 90/10 argon, or 100% carbon dioxide shielding gases.
