The HAMMOND 18p1309 is a steel mounting panel designed to fit inside wall-mount electrical enclosures, providing a secure, flat surface for mounting terminal blocks, DIN rails, circuit breakers, and other control components. Constructed from 12/10 gauge steel with a white powder coat finish, this panel measures 13 inches tall by 9 inches wide. It is intended for use in industrial and commercial electrical installations where a clean, corrosion-resistant interior panel is required. Electricians and control panel builders install this panel to organize and secure components inside enclosures before wiring.
This mounting panel is sized to fit HAMMOND 1418, 1447, and 2000 Series wall-mount enclosures. It is commonly used in residential, commercial, and light industrial control panel builds where interior component mounting is needed. The white finish provides good contrast for labeling and visual inspection of installed components. Panel builders and licensed electricians typically select this part during enclosure assembly prior to field installation.
Designed for use with HAMMOND 1418, 1447, and 2000 Series wall-mount enclosures as a replacement or supplemental interior mounting panel.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed electrician or qualified control panel builder. De-energize all circuits and disconnect power to the enclosure before removing or installing any interior panel. Panels are typically secured to enclosure standoffs using appropriate hardware; verify fastener size against the enclosure manufacturer specifications. NEC requirements for enclosure and panel grounding should be followed during assembly.
