The HAM-LET 3200828 is a 1/4-inch inline check valve rated for 3,000 psi working pressure, built for demanding fluid and gas control applications. The body and spring are both 316 stainless steel, and the seat seal is Viton, making this valve suitable for corrosive media, high-pressure instrumentation lines, and process systems. It uses a compression x compression end connection for tool-secure tube attachment without threading or welding. A 1.00 psi crack pressure allows flow to open with minimal upstream pressure. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians are the typical installers for this type of valve.
This valve is designed for inline installation in high-pressure tubing systems across industrial, commercial, and process control environments. It is rated for service up to 375 degrees F, making it appropriate for steam-adjacent and high-temperature fluid lines. The compression fittings accept standard 1/4-inch OD tubing. It is functionally equivalent to Swagelok part number SS-4C-1 and is suited for hydraulic, pneumatic, and chemical service lines where backflow prevention is required.
Functionally equivalent to Swagelok part number SS-4C-1. Designed for inline backflow prevention in 1/4-inch OD compression tube systems operating under high-pressure conditions.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or instrumentation technician familiar with high-pressure tubing systems. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any check valve. Verify that tubing OD is correct and tube ends are deburred and square before seating the compression fittings. Confirm flow direction arrow or markings on the valve body are aligned with intended flow direction before pressurizing the system.
