The HAM-LET 3101962 is a brass compression tube connector designed to join compression tubing to a female NPT threaded port in fluid and gas distribution systems. Rated to 3200 psi maximum working pressure, this connector handles demanding service conditions while maintaining a reliable, leak-resistant seal. The fitting measures 1.23 inches in overall length and weighs 0.25 pounds. Manufactured to ASTM B68 and ASTM B75 standards, the brass construction provides corrosion resistance suitable for a wide range of compatible media. Plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians install this type of fitting in process piping, pneumatic lines, and hydraulic circuits.
This connector is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and instrumentation applications where a compression tube must terminate into a female NPT port. The 1/8 inch thread size makes it a common choice for small-bore tubing runs in control panels, pneumatic instrumentation, and compressed-air distribution. The fitting is rated for a minimum operating temperature of -20 degrees C and a maximum of 37 degrees C, keeping it appropriate for typical indoor mechanical and process environments. Cross-reference Swagelok part number B-400-7-2 when sourcing as a replacement.
Cross-references Swagelok part number B-400-7-2. Designed as an OEM-style replacement compression connector for 1/8 inch female NPT threaded ports in plumbing, HVAC, and instrumentation piping systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fitting. Use an appropriately sized compression nut and ferrule for the tubing OD being connected, and follow applicable IPC or ASME B31 piping code requirements for the system type. Do not over-tighten the compression nut, as excess force can deform the ferrule and compromise the seal.
