The HALEX/SCOTT FETZER 2110 is a 1-inch compression-type connector designed to secure and terminate electrical metallic tubing (EMT) to a knockout in a concrete-tight enclosure. Constructed from die cast zinc, this fitting provides a reliable, concrete-tight seal suitable for demanding installation environments. It is used by licensed electricians in commercial and residential conduit wiring applications where a secure, moisture-resistant termination at a box or enclosure is required. Each package contains 15 connectors, making it practical for larger conduit rough-in jobs.
This connector is suited for use with 1-inch EMT in applications requiring a concrete-tight fitting, such as below-grade installations, embedded conduit runs, or any location where the enclosure must maintain a concrete-tight rating. The compression design eliminates the need for locknuts and provides a snug, vibration-resistant connection. Electricians will typically use these fittings when terminating conduit into concrete-tight junction boxes, panel enclosures, or outlet boxes in commercial construction or industrial settings.
Designed for use with 1-inch electrical metallic tubing (EMT) and concrete-tight boxes or enclosures with a standard 1-inch knockout.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize all circuits and verify power is off before working at any enclosure. Insert the EMT into the connector body and tighten the compression nut to secure the conduit and achieve the concrete-tight seal. Do not overtighten the compression nut, as this may crack the zinc body.
