Made from 6061 aluminum, this serrated-interface jaw measures 6.5 inches in overall length and 2.5 inches in overall width. Soft jaws are machinable to custom bore diameters, allowing machinists to achieve precise, repeatable workholding for turned parts. The serrated jaw interface mates with the chuck master jaw serrations to ensure positive, non-slip engagement under cutting loads.
