The GWS 315664 is a single-end, square-profile end mill ground from submicron-grade solid carbide and finished with a ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating. It carries a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 37-degree right-hand helix. The three-flute geometry balances chip evacuation and surface finish across a broad range of metalcutting applications. The ZrN coating adds heat resistance and lubricity, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This tool is centercut and configured for extended-reach setups where standard-length tools cannot reach the workpiece.

The 315664 is suited for milling operations in machine shops, production environments, and toolroom applications.
