The GWS 314753 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking, moldmaking, and general machining applications. It features a 3/8-inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4-inch length of cut, and a 3-inch overall length, with a matching 3/8-inch shank diameter for direct collet or end mill holder mounting. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) finish provides enhanced surface hardness and heat resistance compared to uncoated carbide, extending tool life in demanding cuts. Three flutes with a 37-degree helix angle and upcut flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action across a range of materials.
