The GWS 313044 is a single-end corner radius end mill designed for precise milling operations in non-ferrous metals and similar materials. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, this tool features a 1/4 inch diameter cutting end, a 0.015 inch corner radius, and a 3/4 inch length of cut. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in non-ferrous applications. The high-helix, right-hand helical flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation during roughing passes. Two flutes and a coarse pitch make this tool well-suited for aggressive material removal rates in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar workpiece materials.
