Installation Notes

This tooling is installed and changed by machinists following shop-floor lockout/tagout procedures before any spindle access. Secure the shank fully within the holder to the manufacturer-specified minimum engagement depth to prevent pullout. Verify spindle RPM and feed rate settings against the material and coating specifications before initiating a cut. Do not use damaged or worn tool holders, as runout directly reduces tool life and surface finish quality.
