The GWS 310632 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. With a 1-1/4 inch diameter, a 0.12 inch corner radius, and 4 helical flutes in a variable helix, variable index configuration, this tool reduces chatter and improves surface finish in both roughing and finishing passes. The 1-1/2 inch length of cut and 4-1/2 inch overall length suit it for a range of milling depths and setups. This end mill is suited for single-end milling operations on steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium as primary workpiece materials, with cast iron as a secondary application.
