The GWS 123896 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, a 1-5/8-inch length of cut, and a 0.06-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner geometry. With 3 flutes in a right-hand spiral configuration and a high helix style, it promotes efficient chip evacuation during roughing operations. The bright/uncoated finish suits aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous workpiece materials where coating adhesion is not required.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling setups where non-ferrous metals are the primary workpiece material. The single-end, centercutting design allows both peripheral milling and plunge entry. The coarse pitch and roughing material removal type make it well-suited for aggressive stock removal passes before finishing.
