The GWS 120685 is a single-end corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of non-ferrous metals. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, it offers a 0.5 inch mill diameter, a 1.25 inch length of cut, and a 0.08 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge. The 3-flute, right-hand helical geometry with a high helix style promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. The bright, uncoated finish makes it well suited for aluminum and other non-ferrous workpiece materials where coating adhesion is not required.

This end mill fits standard end mill holders with a straight-cylindrical shank and is intended for roughing material removal operations on non-ferrous metals in machine shop environments.
