The GWS 119335 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. With a 0.25-inch diameter, a 0.010-inch corner radius, and a 0.75-inch length of cut, this single-end tool delivers both roughing and finishing capability in a single pass. The variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic vibration and chatter, making it well suited for aggressive cuts in difficult materials. The submicron carbide grade provides the edge retention and heat resistance needed when cutting steels, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Centercutting construction allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece.
The 119335 is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling operations where tight corner tolerances and surface finish quality are required. Its straight-cylindrical, h6-tolerance shank seats securely in standard end mill toolholders. Primary material applications include steel, cast iron, superalloys and titanium, and hard materials. Stainless steel is a rated secondary application. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute spiral make it compatible with conventional spindle rotation on standard vertical and horizontal machining centers.
Designed for use with standard end mill toolholders. Rated for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials per material codes P, M, K, S, and H.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in an e-stop or locked-out state before inserting or removing the tool from the holder. Verify the toolholder bore is clean and within tolerance before seating the shank to preserve the h6 fit. Follow the toolholder manufacturer torque specifications for set screws or collet nuts, and confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning a production cut.
