The GUHRING 9069860127090 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding metal removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. Built on the Series 6986 platform, it features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, a 0.12-inch corner radius, and five helical flutes with a medium-high helix angle for both roughing and finishing operations. The nano-A coating provides elevated surface hardness and thermal resistance, extending tool life in high-wear applications. This is a single-end tool with a right-hand cutting direction and right-hand flute spiral.
This end mill is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials. It is appropriate for milling operations requiring a controlled corner radius — typical uses include profiling, contouring, and shoulder milling on CNC machining centers. The Weldon flat shank is compatible with standard end mill holders. It is not designed for center cutting and is not configured for coolant-through delivery.

This tool is installed by a machinist or toolroom technician in a CNC or manual milling setup. Verify runout after installation and before initiating a cut cycle.
