The GUHRING 9068090031750 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built from ultra fine grain carbide and coated with Guhring Durox finish, this tool delivers exceptional wear resistance and edge retention. It features a 1/8 inch (3.17 mm) cutting diameter, three flutes with a high helix configuration, and a 2.25 inch overall length. The single-end, center-cutting design supports both plunge and peripheral cuts. With a coarse pitch and right-hand flute direction, it is suited for roughing and finishing operations across a range of workpiece materials. This end mill is engineered for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium, with secondary capability on hard materials. Installation Notes

Seat the shank fully into the end mill holder and tighten to the holder manufacturer specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before production cutting, as carbide tools are sensitive to improper seating and can fracture under off-center loads.
