The GUHRING 9067590190540 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metalworking applications. Built on the RF100 platform, this single-end tool features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, and a 0.031 inch corner radius that helps reduce stress concentrations and extend tool life at workpiece edges. The variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic vibration during cutting, making it well-suited for both roughing and finishing passes. A nano-A coating provides added wear resistance and heat tolerance. With a Weldon flat shank and 4 inches overall length, this end mill is compatible with standard end mill holders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills.
This end mill is engineered for professionals machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials. It performs across a broad range of material codes including P, M, K, S, N, and H classifications. Typical applications include precision profile milling, contouring, and slotting operations where corner integrity and surface finish are critical. The right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting orientation are standard for conventional CNC vertical and horizontal machining setups. Machinists working in aerospace, die and mold, and general metalworking will find this tool appropriate for both production and prototype work.
Designed for use with standard end mill holders. Compatible with workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials as designated by material codes P, M, K, S, N, and H.
Installation and tool changes should be performed by a qualified machinist with the spindle fully stopped and machine in a safe, locked-out state. Secure the Weldon flat shank firmly in a compatible end mill holder to the holder manufacturer torque specification before operation. Inspect the corner radius and cutting edges for chips or wear before each use, as carbide tooling is brittle and should never be used if edge damage is visible. Follow your machine tool manufacturer guidelines and applicable shop safety standards when setting speeds, feeds, and depth of cut.
