The GUHRING 9067590127090 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. Built on the RF100 Series 6759 platform, it features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, 1-inch length of cut, and a 0.125-inch corner radius that reduces edge chipping and improves surface finish on profiling passes. The extra fine micrograin carbide substrate provides toughness and wear resistance, while the nano-Si coating reduces friction and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Four helical flutes with a variable helix angle and variable index minimize chatter and vibration during aggressive cuts.

This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials.
