The GUHRING 9067590127060 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metalworking applications. Built on the RF100 Series 6759 platform, it features a 0.5 inch mill diameter, 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.062 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at part corners. The nano-A coating and extra fine micrograin carbide substrate support extended tool life across both roughing and finishing operations. A variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic vibration during cuts, improving surface finish and dimensional consistency. Installation requires an end mill holder with a Weldon flat shank interface. This tool is intended for use by machinists and tooling technicians in CNC machining environments.
This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials. It is a single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand flute tool with a standard length profile. The Weldon flat shank accommodates positive retention in side-lock end mill holders, making it appropriate for aggressive material removal cycles as well as finish passes. Typical applications include contour milling, peripheral milling, and profiling operations on CNC machining centers in job shop and production environments.
Designed for use with standard end mill holders. Compatible workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials per material codes P, M, K, S, N, and H.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the machine tool manufacturer torque and runout specifications for the end mill holder in use. Verify shank seating and Weldon flat alignment before securing the set screw. Inspect the corner radius and cutting edges for chips or wear before each use. Always bring spindle to a full stop before changing tooling or measuring the workpiece.
