The GUHRING 9067590095260 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance metal cutting in demanding shop environments. Built on the RF100 series platform, it features a 3/8 inch mill diameter, a 7/8 inch length of cut, and a 0.062 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the tool tip during heavy passes. The nano-A coating provides thermal and abrasion resistance suited to ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials. A variable helix geometry reduces harmonic chatter, improving surface finish and tool life across roughing and finishing operations. This tool is single-end, right-hand cut, and straight-cylindrical shanked for use in standard end mill holders.
This end mill is intended for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials. The 0.062 inch corner radius makes it well suited for profiling, slotting, and peripheral milling where edge chipping and workpiece corner breakout must be controlled. It is appropriate for CNC machining centers in job shop, tool room, and production environments where a single tool must handle both roughing stock removal and finish passes. The extra fine micrograin carbide grade supports tight tolerances and consistent edge retention across extended run cycles.
Designed for use with standard end mill holders. Compatible with CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 3/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium; secondary materials include non-ferrous metals and hard materials.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. The shank should be fully seated and properly torqued in the end mill holder per the holder manufacturer specifications before spindle engagement. Inspect the tool edge for chips or coating damage before each use. Do not exceed the manufacturer recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material being machined.
