The GUHRING 9067590047640 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining applications. Built on the RF100 Series 6759 platform, it features a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) cutting diameter, a 0.031 inch corner radius, and four flutes with a variable helix geometry. The nano-Si coating provides thermal and wear resistance, extending tool life across ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. At 2 inches overall length with a 3/8 inch length of cut, this end mill is suited for both roughing and finishing passes in a single setup. Material grade is extra fine micrograin carbide for edge stability at elevated cutting speeds.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills by machinists and tool-and-die professionals working with steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials. The variable helix and variable index design reduce harmonic chatter, making it practical for slotting, profiling, and contouring operations where surface finish and dimensional accuracy are critical. It mounts in standard end mill holders with a straight-cylindrical shank.
Designed for use with standard end mill holders. Compatible workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials as identified by material codes P, M, K, S, N, and H.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the machine tool manufacturer guidelines for end mill holders and collet systems. Verify runout with a dial indicator before cutting to protect the corner radius geometry. Confirm spindle speed and feed rate parameters match the workpiece material and depth of cut prior to engaging the part. Always power down and lock out the machine spindle before changing or inspecting tooling.
