The GUHRING 9067370050000 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for precision metal removal in demanding machining environments. Part of the RF100 series, this single-end tool features a 0.1969-inch (5.00 mm) cutting diameter and a 0.5118-inch (13.00 mm) length of cut. Four helical flutes with a variable helix geometry promote smooth chip evacuation and reduced chatter during high-performance milling operations. A nano-Si coating enhances surface hardness and thermal resistance, extending tool life across a broad range of workpiece materials. This end mill is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop environments.
This end mill is suited for milling operations on cast iron, stainless and alloy steels, high-temperature alloys, and non-ferrous materials, corresponding to material codes K, M, P, and S, with secondary suitability for code N materials. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 0.2362 inches (6.00 mm) in diameter with a h6 tolerance for secure toolholder engagement. A reach length of 0.7087 inches (18.00 mm) accommodates moderate-depth features in both vertical and horizontal machining centers. Standard length classification makes it compatible with most ER and shrink-fit collet systems used in CNC milling applications.
Compatible with workpiece material codes K (cast iron), M (stainless steel), P (steel), and S (high-temperature alloys and titanium), with secondary compatibility for code N (non-ferrous metals). Designed for use in ER collet chucks, shrink-fit holders, and hydraulic chucks accepting a 6.00 mm (0.2362-inch) shank diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator following the machine tool manufacturer's toolholder torque and runout specifications. Ensure the spindle is fully powered down and the machine is in a safe state before loading or unloading the tool. Verify collet or toolholder bore matches the 6.00 mm shank diameter and inspect for contamination before seating. Confirm tool projection and reach against the programmed toolpath before initiating a cut.
